About Balanced Baby...

I am a nutritional therapist (DipION), author, journalist and mother. My features have appeared in The Sunday Times, Tatler, The Mail on Sunday, Psychologies, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Healthy. My first book Mum’s Not Having Chemo has been translated into several languages and Little Brown sold the rights to the USA. The overwhelming response from readers was that it was engaging and easy to read, inspirational and packed with interesting science-based facts.

As a mother (my son is nearly 5 and I am currently pregnant) I know that having a child poses daily challenges. Things often don’t go to plan and the best intentions can falter under too little sleep. But as a nutritional therapist I emphasise that having a robust daily routine means that when life throws you a bad day, you can get right back on track when the dust settles.
